Ronald Lee Swets, 67, was born on February 23, 1955, in Sheldon, IA and passed away December 23, 2022 in Anaheim, CA. He resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of his passing.

Ronald moved from Iowa to California at age five, where he grew up and remained the rest of his life. He met his wife, Linda, in 1977 on a camping trip with family and friends at the Colorado River. They married two years later in 1979. They were married for 43 years.

Ronald was a a cherished family man. He was beloved as a husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his wife Linda, daughters Katrina & Amanda, and son Kevin; Grandchildren: Mariah, Kenneth, Del Ray, Jimmy, and Cheyenne

He attended Long Beach Community College where he achieved his degree in carpentry. Ronald worked as a carpenter in commercial construction for over forty years, with a majority of his work at Kaiser Permanente.

Ronald had a variety of interest including: photography, football, baseball, surfing, tennis, camping, and skiing, to mention a few. He was always in attendance during family events and was a dedicated Angels fan.

Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. Funeral services with be held at Forest Lawn, Cypress on January 23rd at 11:30am - doors open at 11:00am. There will be an viewing on Sunday, January 22nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
