Ronald Wayne Kilgore, 71, born on October 2, 1950, passed away November 3, 2021, in Long Beach, Ca. Ron had a 50 year career in radio and television broadcasting, and served in every area of this field. His last job in news broadcasting was at KNX 1070 News Radio in Los Angeles. After his retirement in 2016 from his passion of news broadcasting, he was able to pursue his passion of the ocean and sailing. He is survived by his wife of over 46 years, Carol Kilgore, his daughter April (Matt), and his two granddaughters Abbie and Maddie. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Long Beach, California.
