Rolando Caser Navarro, 74, born on December 13, 1946, in San Nicolas, Pangasinan, Philippines, passed away December 26, 2020. He resided in Long Beach, CA at the time of his passing. He is survived by his loving wife Norma Navarro, his children Lawrence, Shann, Chiera and Jp, and grandchildren Asia, Alexander and Chriezamae. As a young man at the age of 18, Rolando served in the Navy while supporting his family in the Philippines. After he retired from the Navy, Rolando founded a successful business, Rolly's Tax Services. In his free time, Rolando loved attending to his garden where he gave life to his beautiful flowers, plants and vegetables. Rolando will always be remembered as a selfless, loving, dependable and confident man who always cared for his friends and family.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Long Beach, California.
