Robin Rene Tufono passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026, after a long battle with pulmonary illness. She was 64 years old.
Born on January 11, 1962, Robin lived a life marked by faith, compassion, and dedication to others. A faithful believer in Jesus Christ, she leaned on her relationship with God throughout her life and found strength and comfort in her faith during her illness.
For more than 35 years, Robin devoted her career to caring for others as a nurse and case manager. She was known for her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for those in her care. Her work was more than a profession—it was a reflection of the compassion she carried into every aspect of her life.
Above all, Robin was devoted to her family. She shared 41 years of marriage with her husband, Reuben Tufono, who loved her deeply. Together they built a family, created lifetime of memories, and raised three children who are immensely proud and grateful to have had Robin as their mother.
One of Robin’s greatest joys was becoming a grandmother. She cherished every moment spent with her beloved granddaughter, Kalaya, whose laughter, energy, and love brought immeasurable happiness to her life.
Robin is survived by her husband, Reuben; her children, Rachel, Stephanie, and Quinn; her granddaughter, Kalaya; her mother, Verna Smith; her sister, Tammy Cudd; and many extended family members, friends, colleagues, and loved ones whose lives were touched by her kindness and incredibly generous spirit.
She will be remembered for her caring heart, quiet strength, and unwavering faith. Robin’s life was a testament to steadfast faith. Through illness, uncertainty, and life’s many challenges, she continued to trust in God, offering a quiet example of grace, perseverance, and faith for those around her. Though her family deeply mourns her loss, they take comfort in knowing that she is at peace in the presence of her Savior.
