Robert Herman Lanz

Robert "Bob" H. Lanz, 98 of Tarzana, CA passed on to heaven on April 2, 2020 after a valiant battle with cancer. His devotion to his wife and family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace. Bob served as a lieutenant with the Army Corps Of Engineer in World War II during the Battle of the Bulge. He was blessed with a small but strong and loving family.

He married the love of his life, Elaine C. Curtis and they enjoyed 67 years of marriage. Bob was Vice President, Sales Lustro Plastics for 30 years and enjoyed playing tennis, exercising and traveling.

Bob is survived by his wife, Elaine Lanz, his daughter Christine Rundle, his son David Lanz, granddaughter Nicole Dole and great grandchildren Chloe and Asher Dole. Bob will be buried at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, CA in a private service followed by a memorial service at a later date. The family gratefully declines flowers and donations but would covet your prayers for his family.
