Robert cared deeply for his family and friends. Although he never married, nor had any children of his own, he took on the father figure role to his nephew and nieces after their father's death.
Born to Robert and Frances (Jones) Hooker in Los Angeles, California. Robert was the third of four children.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Frances, brother, Hal and sister, Jackie.
Robert is survived by his brother, John, nephew, Dennis (Janet) Hooker and niece, Deborah (Chris) Hiscott.
Brief niche side services will be held at Forest Lawn - Hollywood Hills on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
