Dr. Robert John Cunnah, 65, of Palm Springs, Calif., passed away May 2, 2013 in Palm Springs. He was born November 13, 1947 in Shotton, Wales, United Kingdom. He was the Chief Medical Officer at Desert Regional Medical Center for seven years; Chairman of the Desert Anesthesiology Medical Group for eleven years; Chief of Medical Staff and Anesthesiologist at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for twelve years; and a Clinical Professor and Instructor at Stanford University for eight years. He is survived by his sister, Jean Parry; brother, Harry Cunnah; sister-in-law, Margaret Cunnah and nephew, Simon Cunnah, all of the United Kingdom. A service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 3 pm at Forest Lawn Cathedral City. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
