Richard A. Troy passed away on April 6, 2026, in Pasadena, California.  He was born on May 9, 1939, in Los Angeles, California to Claudius and Cecelia Troy.  He proudly served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1960.  He worked as a tooling foreman for Crown Coach Corporation and later moved to Northrup Grumman, where he worked as an engineer on the B2 bomber. 

He is survived by his wife, Jean Troy: his daughter Rebecca Fennessy; his sons Orlando and Roland; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  

A blessing will be held on April 22, 2026, 9:00 AM  at St. Elizabeth Church 1849 n Lake Ave., Altadena, followed by a graveside memorial at Riverside National Cemetery  22495 Van Buren Boulevard Riverside 1:45 PM. 

Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.
