Born in Haverhill, MA, the son of Earl C. and Rose A. (Carrier) Noyes, he was raised and educated in Haverhill and attended Haverhill Trade School, graduating with the Class of 1959.
He served in the United States Army as a Specialist 4 th Class during the Vietnam War.
His Funeral Service will follow at 6:30 PM in the funeral home followed by the rendering of Military Funeral Honors by the U. S. Army.
