Richard Arthur Lowe, 88, born on March 17, 1927, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, passed away April 8, 2015. He resided in Long Beach, California, at the time of his passing. He was a loving husband to Margret Ethel for 63 years. Together they have two sons Jon Richard and Douglas Arthur. Richard held many jobs until finding his niche at Shell Oil Co. He held many positions until he found instrumentation. He retired as the Supervisor of Instrumentation after 33 years with Shell Oil. He made many friends and was respected by all. His family, friends and neighbors will miss his pleasant and generous nature. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
