Richard William Eugene Howland, 70, born on May 27, 1949, in Michigan, passed away January 4, 2020 peacefully at home. He resided in Cathedral City, California at the time of his passing. He will be deeply missed by many, though his was a life well lived and Dicks wishes were that we remember him happily. A Celebration of Life Open House will take place Saturday January 11, 2020 at Sunshine Cafe - one of Dick's favorite eateries. This restaurant is located at 36815 Cathedral City Drive, the event will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Food, and drinks will be served as we gather and share our memories together. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, California.
