Obituary

With profound sorrow and enduring love, we announce the passing of Reyna Aguilar, known affectionately to close family as "Rey Rey." Born on December 6, 2011, in the city of Orange, Reyna graced this world with a spirit as bright and lively as the dawn. On May 11, 2026, she departed from our midst, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and boundless kindness.

Reyna was the embodiment of love and compassion, blessed with a heart that knew no bounds in its generosity. Her loving and playful nature was evident in every interaction, and her great sense of humor brought joy and light to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Very quick-witted and spirited, Reyna always had a funny story to tell, charming friends and family with sharp, playful comebacks that lifted spirits.

Reyna found delight in cooking and baking, creating treasured moments around the family table with delicious treats and nourishing meals that spoke of love and togetherness. Beyond the kitchen, her passions blossomed in arts and crafts, where creativity flourished, and in the simple joys of spending time with their beloved little sister, Victoria Aguilar, and cherished little cousins—David, Raquel, Adam, and Lily. The companionship of dogs brought additional happiness to Reyna’s days, whether through playful antics or long walks. She enjoyed a diverse genre of music that stirred her soul.

Reyna’s life was intimately entwined with a rich tapestry of family, woven with the steadfast presence of her devoted parents, Christopher Aguilar and Xenia Lopez; her dear sister Victoria; and her paternal grandparents, Maria Luisa Aguilar and Policarpio Aguilar. Surrounding her with love and support were aunts Jennifer Aguilar, Gaby Mañon, Martha Jimenez, and uncles David Quisenberry, Ricardo Mañon, Luis Mañon, and Luis 2, whose lives were all touched deeply by Reyna’s affection and spirit.

The community is invited to honor and celebrate Reyna’s remarkable life at the following services: Visitation will take place on May 23, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Forest Lawn - Cypress in the Cypress Room, located at 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. A Funeral Service will be held on May 28, 2026, beginning at 11:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 14072 Olive Street, Westminster, CA 92683, concluding at noon.

In the echo of Reyna’s laughter, the warmth of her embrace, and the kindness she bestowed upon the world, we find solace and inspiration. Reyna Aguilar’s memory will forever be a guiding light, a reminder of the beauty in love, humor, and unwavering generosity. Though her years were brief, her impact on those around her was immeasurable, a testament to a soul whose grace enriched every life it touched.
