Retha Marie Duggan, 100, of Palm Desert, Calif., passed away January 22, 2014. She was born October 3, 1913 to Benjamin and Sarah Cruse in Lamont, Okla. She married Jack A. Duggan on May 29, 1937, in El Reno, Okla. She was an Executive Director of The Oklahoma Society of CPA's. She is survived by her son, Rick Duggan of Moreno Valley, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack A. Duggan; her parents, Benjamin and Sarah Cruse; her grandparents, Albert and Melissa Duggan. A Memorial Service will be held in her honor on January 29, 2014, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cathedral City, Calif. at 12:00 pm. Burial will be in Lamont at a later date. Family suggest that donations be made to St. Jude Children Hospital, in Memphis, Tenn. Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries.
