Renee Florencia Dujovne, 44, born on June 10, 1968, in Buenos Aires, Argentina passed away August 21, 2012. She resided in Studio City, California at the time of her passing. She leaves behind her loving husband, Thomas and her two beautiful daughters, Sophia and Natalie. Renee leaves two sisters, Marina Van Wormer and Dalia Rota. She is also survived by her mother, Carmen Paz. Renee was a loving mother and wife who selflessly contributed to her community and volunteered at her daughter's schools. At the time of her passing, Renee was enrolled in LA Valley College in her ongoing effort to continue her education, while at the same time, serving as an example to her children. It was her hope that her daughters follow in her footsteps and both attend college themselves one day. She was loved dearly by her mother and father-in-law, Lucy and Saul, brother in-laws Steve, Mathias and Marcello, sister-in-law, Emily, and her nephews, Franco, Bruno, Lucas and Felipe. Eulogy for my wife - Renee Florencia Dujovne
Wednesday August 29, 2012

Renee – mi linda, my lovely Renee. My love, my life, my everything.

You gave me the most exhilarating life a human being could ever wish for. You showed me how to truly feel alive. Never in my greatest fantasy did I imagine living a life like this - only heard of in fairytales.

If it were not for the many witnesses to our life story, I could easily be convinced that this was all just a dream. Our two beautiful daughters Sophia and Natalie are an undeniable testament to our story as they witnessed everyday how much we loved and cared for each other.

I will say it again and again and again Renee, you are the most thoughtful, most beautiful, wittiest and sexiest woman I ever did meet. I know you are blushing now - it's what you always do when I say this. Refined, elegant and well cultured, yet always unassuming and approachable.

You are true, honest and completely transparent (I must admit these qualities didn't always help when we were shopping for cars). You were fun to hang around with, a great companion. Thoughtful like no other. A great cook. You were adventurous, funny to me, caring, sharing, responsible, compassionate, loved people, a great friend, always wanting to learn, loved TV, loved to teach, loved your roses.

In only 44 years you lived the equivalent of 3 lives – your life story is incredible. It's no wonder you accumulated so much wisdom. And all who new you benefited from it.

I'm proud of who you are.
I am the most fortunate man on this earth and proudest to be your husband.
What a beautiful home and family we made Renee! I feel lucky and I'm extremely proud of the 17 years we spent together.
I'm proud of the way you raised our girls. You gave them an amazing foundation.
You gave them confidence and showed them how to stand up for themselves.
You showed them how to love themselves. You even taught me and so many others how to do so as well.

Through your every day actions they learned compassion for others, the meaning of true friendship and that giving is more important than receiving. Feed the soul.

I promise to continue your work of art. Do not feel bad, we know you have not abandoned us. You are our guardian angel and we will continue to share with you our moments of joy, communicate our thoughts, ask for your advice and guidance.

I have no anger against your early departure. How could I, you gave me and the girls everything - an incredible life, an extraordinary sense of family unity and strength. I have no regrets. You and I… we did it. We did it all!

I love you forever!

Thomas Dujovne
