Reba Dolores Whittington

Reba Dolores Whittington, 89, born on August 6, 1931, to Lewis and Pearl (Shortt) Wimmer ,in Ava, MO, passed away and joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ February 27, 2021.
After graduating from Republic High School in 1949, Reba attended Draughn's Business College. She worked at an insurance office in MO, for the Army at the Pentagon, and, after moving to CA, a insurance company, her local church, where she was a lifetime member, and a construction company. Some of that while she attended to the various tasks that it takes to raise three boys and maintain the household.
She was a long time resident of and resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of her passing. She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Jesse E. Whittington, her parents; brother, Howard L. Wimmer; brother, James C. Wimmer; and brother, Dale E. Wimmer. She is survived by her son; Doug (Laura); son David (Tina); son Paul; four grandchildren; Brandyn, Taylor, Ashlyn, Madison; her brother Robert L. Wimmer, and many nephews and nieces.
Memorial services and burial will be held 1:00 pm May 6, 2021 at Forest Lawn in Cypress, CA.
