It is with love and sadness that we announce the passing of Raymund Mangubat, fondly known as Rob, on September 1, 2025 in Laguna Beach, CA. A devoted husband, father and friend, Rob will be remembered for his love of life and generosity of spirit. Born in the Philippines, he immigrated to the United States and built a successful career in real estate. He is survived by his wife, son, daughter, and extended family and friends who cherished him deeply. We will love and miss him.
