Raul Zavaleta, 89, born on March 2, 1930, in Santa Ana, El Salvador, passed away March 22, 2019. He resided in Rowland Heights, California at the time of his passing. He is survived by his four children: Raul (Debbie), Carlos, Ana, and Sonia, eleven grandchildren: Raquel, Jordan, Josh, Adam, Casey, Eriq, Dylan, Jake, Andrew, Tristan, and Alexa and two great-grand-daughters Mila and Lana. He is remembered by all who knew him as a friendly, warm person with a great sense of humor. All have memories of a funny story that brings a smile to their faces. He loved soccer, a sport he played professionally in his native Country. He was also an accomplished craftsman cabinet maker; many luxurious buildings around the world are adorned by artistic doors he crafted. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.
