Ramona G. Ramos

We bid farewell to an amazing woman. Ramona Ramos passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 84. Ramona was born on March 19, 1939, in the vibrant city of Oxnard, CA, and she resided with her grandson Dana in the beautiful community of Corona, CA at the time of her passing. 

Ramona was a remarkable woman, known for her unwavering love and devotion to her family. As a beloved sister, she held a special place in the hearts of all of her siblings: Maria Elena, Maya, Chavela, Mike, Frankie, Lilli, and Minnie. She is survived by her three children, Jennie, Nena, and Mona. Her true legacy will live on in her grandson Dana. She loved all her grandchildren Dana, Gary and Melinda. Dana was her rock and Ramona was his world. Ramona lived life on her terms. But her greatest joy was meeting Zoey. 

Ramona also held the cherished title of GREAT grandmother to Zoey, who was not only her great-grandchild but also her dear friend. Their bond was unique and special, filled with endless playfulness, stories, and shared secrets. Zoey will forever cherish the memories and love that Ramona bestowed upon her.

Ramona Ramos will be remembered for her devotional love, resilience and courage. She had a knack for being a grandmother. Her selfless nature and willingness to help those she loved was her greatest contribution. 

Let us celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind in her grandchildren. May her spirit of love and compassion live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Though we mourn her loss, we find solace knowing she lived out her final days in overflowing love. Her days were filled with her great granddaughters laughter, an abundance of relaxation and what ever she wanted. Dana, Kassandra and Zoey gave her a home where she was valued and appreciated.
