In Loving Memory of Yadira Munguia,
On June 14, 1945 a little girl was born in Mexico to Cirilo and Rosario Panduro Guzman. Her name was Ramira, but everyone lovingly knew her as Yadira. She filled her own life and those around her with the joie de vivre. She grew up with her brothers Cirilo Jr. Sergio, Humberto, Jose Luis and Hector. Her looks turned heads. Her talents took her to singing with a Mariachi bands near the Beach until she caught the eye of her childhood sweetheart Pedro Pablo Munguia. They married in 1967 and remained together until her final day. The happy young couple had their first child Brenda and dreams of a better life. The young family immigrated legally to The United States in 1972 and later became proud US citizens. Yadira worked and saved each penny hoping to realize the American dream which she achieved.
The family purchased the first of many homes in the Los Angeles area in the early 1970's. Yadira fulfilled her dream of a large family and was blessed with sons Pablo Jr and Ramiro respectfully. As a doting and loving mother, she juggled home, work and school always providing the best for her children.
Yadira touched many lives in the Inland empire by starting small businesses which allowed families to work from home. Yadira remained very active in the community, helping many to look at their lives with the same joy she brought to her life. She continued her passion of Mariachi singing by making an album "Mil Besos" with her beloved husband Pablo and the local talent and Mariachi bands.
Yadira began battling her long-term illness in 2004 and fought diligently making friends and impacting many lives at each wellness center she visited always praising the care givers who assisted her.
She is survived by her husband Pedro Pablo, daughter Brenda Blueian, by her son-in-law Barrie and sons Pedro Jr, Ramiro, by her grandchildren Barrie Jr, Bianca and Caricia Munguia and by the many close friends whose lives were made so much better by having known her. She was always fair and loving, but also firm. She brought solidity and certainty to those many confused by life clouds of uncertainty. She will always be loved and always missed.
Vigil is being held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Monday May 13, 2019 At Forest Lawn Covina Hills and funeral services will be held Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Forest Lawn Covina Hills promptly at 9:30 AM.
