Rafael E. Patron

Rafael Patron, 44, born on June 14, 1979, in Satelite, Naucalpan, Mexico. Moved to the U.S. at the age of three.  Growing up he enjoyed the summers he spent with his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins in Michigan. He loved playing baseball, basketball, riding his bike, and going to Disneyland. 

Ralphie cherished his birthday celebrations with his Mother being that they were born on the same date.

 During his youth he quickly learned the guitar and would sit in his room learning Beatles, Metallica, and Weezer covers. He attended Pierce College and later began working for Mom and Don’s Q-It-Up Entertainment as a Karaoke KJ and DJ. People LOVED his singing/rapping and he was a popular DJ.  Ralphie had an incredible talent of mashing tracks up and discovering some underground gems due to his eclectic taste in music.  

The peak of his career was working with our Dad (Homero Patron RIP) as a production coordinator. They worked on iconic albums with Marco Antonio Solis, Pedro Fernandez, Pepe Aguilar, Angeles Ochoa, and many more. Ralphie also had the opportunity of working on a solo project with Brian “Head” Welch from the band Korn. Ralphie loved being in the studio.  He was an avid fan of 80’s movies and always quoted them with his siblings.  

He had an amazing sense of humor, and his laugh was contagious. Ralphie was very kind and generous. During his last days he was still contributing to the less fortunate. He had a big heart and deeply loved his family and friends.

 Ralphie is survived by Lynne (Wife), Malena Young (Mother), Melody Patron (Sister), Don Young (Step-Father), Angeles Patron (Step-Mother), Christopher Patron (Brother), Cristian Patron (Sister), Adam Patron (Brother).  The Lord called him home on February 28, 2024. He resided in his beloved Burbank, CA at the time of his passing. Funeral arrangements are provided by Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills.
