Pieter Robin Kokelaar, 77, born on January 29, 1937 in Sutton, England, raised in Holland, passed away at home on November 24, 2014. He resided in Westchester, California. Pieter loved to sail and was always exhilarated on the ocean. He leaves behind his loving wife of 26 years, Linda, his ever faithful Maltese, Poppy, a sister, a half-brother, and four adult children. For almost two years Pieter and Linda battled his metastatic, castrate-resistant prostate cancer. Donations may be made in his name to Tower Cancer Research Foundation, 9090 Wilshire Blvd. #350, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.
