Phillis Marie Armstrong, 57, born on June 22, 1955, in California, peacefully passed away June 4, 2013. She resided in Newbury Park, California at the time of her passing. She was a fun loving wife to Scott Armstrong, and mom to three poodles, Big Guy, Little Bit and Penny. She was born in the middle of Terri and Herbie to Gloria and Herb Lindsay.
