Philip is survived by his wife, Grace Elizabeth Rudd; son, Rodney Michael Scott; brother, Donald (Patty) Scott; niece, Piper Scott and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on July 26, 2014 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at the residence of Gaylee and David Rozas, 25 Oakmont Dr., Rancho Mirage, CA 92270 (760) 321-9761. Join us in celebrating a life well lived. The best tribute to Philip is to share your stories.
