He is survived by his two daughters, Donna Goit of La Quinta and Paula Hogg of California City; four grandchildren Nick Goit, Angelique Ontiveros, Chris Cappello and Kevin Cappello, thirteen great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; two sisters Allene Gill and Lahretta Gifford and two brothers Melvin and Edwin Gifford.
He is preceded by his wife Loeta; three sisters Audis England, Vera Woodrow, Buena Mae Gilstrab, and three brothers; Coy, Ralph and Glen Gifford.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 8th, 10:00am- 11:00am, with chapel and graveside services immediately following. A time of gathering will be held following the services at 45151 Oasis Street, Indio, CA. Online condolences can be left on Perry Gifford's memorial tribute at www.forestlawn.tributes.com.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Mortuary, Coachella, CA.
