Pedro Cruz, Jr., also known as Rody, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2023, at Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona, California. He was born on May 13, 1941, in Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines. Pedro was the son of Pedro Cruz and Rufina Roxas.

In his professional life, Pedro was a private Land Surveyor by trade. He dedicated many years to the field, starting and spending most of his career with P.E. Cruz Surveying Co. and briefly working with Vista Engineering Services in Botswana, South Africa. Afterward, he continued his work on Real Estate subdivision and registration in the Philippines until he retired and migrated to the United States.

Pedro's educational background was truly commendable. He attended Guiguinto Elementary School and Marcelo H. Del Pilar High School before pursuing his tertiary education at the prestigious University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus.

Beyond his career and education, Pedro will be remembered for his vibrant personality and zest for life. He had a brilliant mind and an outgoing nature that drew people towards him. His love for music and good food brought joy to those around him. Pedro possessed extraordinary musical talent as he played both the piano and clarinet with great skill and passion.

Pedro's devotion to his family was unwavering. A caring husband to Corazon, he tirelessly provided for their needs and shared countless precious moments together. As a father, Pedro leaves behind a legacy of love and guidance for his surviving children Enrique, Tita, Gemma, Milagros, Carina, Aura, as well as his cherished grandchildren Ken, Joshua, Jessica, Elizabeth, Samantha, and Arianne.

During his prime years, Pedro actively contributed to society as an active member and officer of JCI Guiguinto Chapter. His commitment towards making a positive impact will always be remembered.

Friends and family are invited to join together in celebrating Pedro's life at his funeral service, which will take place on November 17, 2023. The service will be held at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills - Church of our Heritage located at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724, United States. The service will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 9:00 PM.

May Pedro Cruz, Jr.'s kind soul find eternal peace in the loving embrace of his creator. He will be deeply missed but forever treasured in the hearts of all who knew him.
