Pauline R. Osgood

Pauline Osgood passed away peacefully on her 91st birthday, November 6, 2012 in Irvine, California. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Osgood, who passed away in l997. They were married 56 years. Born in Oklahoma to Pearl and Wallace Bond she moved to Coachella Valley at a young age. Attended local schools and graduated from CVUHS in 1940. Married William Osgood in 1941. They resided in Coachella and Indio . In 2007 she moved to Irvine to be near her daughter and grandsons. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Always there to help and care for all. Her pleasures were her family , friends, music, dance, and generally life. Worked in retail and Coachella School District. Survived by Janice Cassidy, daughter, Craig Cassidy, grandson, Michael Cassidy, grandson and AJ and Ethan Cassidy great grandsons. Also remaining are three nieces, Karen Criner, Kathy Sims and Rebecca Oehring. We all will miss her in our lives tremendously. There will be a graveside service Nov.14, 2012 at 11am at Coachella Valley Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, CA.
