Patricia Quinn Mcnally

Patricia Quinn McNally (Trish) Born January 17, 1965 in Buffalo, New York to Patricia McNally (Patty) and Michael McNally, passed away on August 05, 2016 in Yorba Linda, California. Trish and Patty moved to Orange County in 1971. Patty married Richard Millay and eventually moved to Brea where she resided. Trish graduated from Brea High School in 1983. She attended UCI where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Social Ecology in 1987. She obtained her Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from USC in 1990. Trish worked for several private planning firms, but then went to work as a Planner for the City of Laguna Niguel. She then became the Chief of Environmental Planning for the County of Orange. In 1993 she married Jimmy Basham. Her daughter Margaret Basham (Meg) was born on August 29,1994 and on January 10, 1997 her son Conor Basham was born. Trish's number one priority in life was family so when her children started school she obtained her California Teaching Credential and began teaching Elementary School for the Cypress School District, just like her mother, who had passed away in 2000. Trish wanted to make sure she was home at the same time as her children so that they could travel across the United States. In 2005 Trish met Robert T. Kellison Jr. and they were married on February 19, 2009 following the death of her father Michael McNally. This was the beginning of 7 years of traveling, experiences beyond belief, and a great friendship, despite many latter years of medical issues and procedures. Trish always said that she was going to live her life on her terms, good, bad or indifferent which is actually how she did . Services will be August 20, 2016, 9:00 AM at Forest Lawn in Cypress, followed by a reception at Marie Callender's in Anaheim 92807, where Trish and Robert met. Trish is survived by her husband, Robert, step father Richard, step mother Ingrid McNally, daughter Meg, son Conor, step brothers and sisters, step daughter and son, and step grandchildren who referred to her gee-ma.
