Patricia Jean Getty, 92, born on April 30, 1929, in Glendale, CA, United States, passed away September 28, 2021. She resided with her adoring and loving husband of 74 years, in San Juan Capistrano, CA at the time of her passing. Mom loved to play games (cards, dominos) with family and friends. Her love for family was without condition. All it took to make her happy was a simple phone call, especially a call for her birthday month! In turn, she never missed anyone's birthday, calling and singing, in her special voice, the happy birthday song. Grandkids will remember her sing-song voice. The way she turned everything to song, her voice would pitch into a high octave and bounce with melodic rhythm of calling out, and turning everything into a made up nursery tune.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
