Patricia Sue Erwin, 71, born on May 1, 1942 in Webb City, Missouri, passed away February 14, 2014. She resided in Cypress, California at the time of her passing. She is survived by her husband William C. Erwin, her children Debbie S. Thomas and her husband Richard, David W. Ellsworth and his wife Jodie, Billy J. Ellsworth and his wife Elaine, John S. Ellsworth and his wife Eileen, step-son Bruce W. Erwin and his wife Anita, step-daughter Sandy Sayler and her husband Gaylen, grandchildren Katrina, John, Timothy, Julie, Charlene, Kimberley, Ryan and many loving great grandchildren, sisters Betty J. Senecal and Linda K. Seale, brothers Chuck Clevenger and his wife Donna, Mike Clevenger and his wife Pam and many nieces and nephews. Patricia was predeceased by her sisters and brothers Shirley, Jeannette, Janice, Carolyn, Allen and Pat. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
