Patricia Lois Chaffin, 78, born on November 29, 1935, in Bakersfield, CA, passed away July 25, 2014 in her home. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones at the time of her passing. She resided in Cathedral City, CA with her husband of 57 years. She is preceded in death by her son Robert "Jon" Chaffin and she is survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Chaffin, her sister Barbara Gilstrap of Paradise, CA, her brother Richard "Bud" Brown of Paradise, CA, her sons Guy Chaffin of Bakersfield,CA, Darren Chaffin of Cathedral City, CA, and Patrick Chaffin of Cathedral City, CA, her grandchildren Christa Chaffin of Bakersfield, CA, Lauren Chaffin of Bakersfield, CA, Mathew Chaffin of Denver, CO, Marjon Chaffin-Clark of Cathedral City, CA, Christopher Chaffin of La Quinta, CA, Trisha Chaffin of Cathedral City, CA, Julea Chaffin of Cathedral City, CA, and Jamie Chaffin of Cathedral City, CA, her great grandchildren Kash, Dylan, Kailyn, Alyssa, Faith, Tyler, Lincoln, and Lilliana, and she also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, CA on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 3:00pm.
