Paraluman "Lulu" G. Knox, 70, a beloved wife to Bobby Knox, a devoted dedicated mother to Bryant C. Knox and friend, passed away May 18, 2015. Lulu was born on June 16, 1944 to the late Felix A. Gemo and the late Josefa Cudel Gemo, in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. She graduated from St. John High School, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines and went on to graduate from the Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines with a BS degree in Chemistry where upon graduation, she taught mathematic for four years at St. John High School, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. On March 27, 1982, she married Bobby Knox where they resided in Houston, Texas before making their home in Los Angeles, California at the time of her passing. For over 33 years, she served as corporate secretary and treasurer for Bobby Knox Architect.

Lulu lived for her son, Bryant C. Knox, and instilled in him her love, respect for others, kindness and Catholic upbringing which will live on through him. She gave so much to her family and friends. If she heard that someone in her family needed something and she could help, she was right there. She loved her family and friends with her whole heart. She could light up the room with her big smile and outgoing witty personality. She was a people person and everyone loved her. Family, friends, casino slot machines, cooking, watching the cooking channels, camping, traveling and watching tennis were Lulu's passion and delight. With her beautiful smile and inventive verbal humor, she made lots of beloved friends throughout her life.

Lulu was a breast cancer fighter and her strength was great for so long, but she is gone too soon. Her beautiful soul will never be forgotten. May the love she has shown to us be carried in our hearts forever.

Lulu is survived by her husband, Bobby Knox, and her very proud son, whom she loved and cherished so dearly, Bryant C. Knox, her loving sisters, Luzviminda G. Constantino, Lualhati G. Villegas, Luningning G. Protacio, Marabini G. Tan, Maria Aliw "Baby" G. Ramirez, her loving brothers, Bayani C. Gemo, Danilo C. Gemo and Dakila "Omel" C.
