Pamela Elizabeth Williams

It is with great sadness that the family of Pamela Elizabeth Williams announces her passing on March 17, 2018, at the age of 64. As the first child of the late Melva Daugherty, Pamela was born on March 10, 1954, in Los Angeles, California. Being a native of Los Angeles, she attended Crenshaw High School and worked for Rapid Transit District as a bus operator. She retired from Metropolitan Transit Authority in 2005 after 20 years of dedicated service. She was not one to sit idle. After retirement, she took limited employment with Foothill Transit and Omnitrans.

Pamela is survived by her loving children: Shawnee Bailey (Tramell) and William McGilberry (her angel Julie), her adoring grandchildren: Nikki, Devon, Garvey, Maya, Nate, Justin, Kahlil, Lyric, Jada; her cherished great grandson Stokely aka Buba and her nephew Lil' Dwayne. Her loving memory will be exceptionally preserved by her brother Dwayne, her favorite cousins Lisa (Red) & Ken, Aunt Eula and Uncle James "Popsy" Thomas.
