In addition to the profound connections she formed with others, Olivia had a variety of interests that brought joy to her life. Singing, dancing, and reading her Bible were passions that enriched her days. Through these activities, she found solace and inspiration, leaving an indelible imprint on those around her.
Her skill as a crafter was unparalleled, with crochet being a particular talent of hers. Olivia’s nimble hands wove intricate patterns into beautifully crafted blankets for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. These heirlooms will forever serve as a reminder of the love and dedication she poured into everything she did.
Olivia Cervantes Saldivar departed this world on October 8th, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories that will be forever treasured by those who knew her. To honor her life and celebrate the woman who touched so many hearts, services will be held in Covina, California.
On November 9th, 2023, a Visitation will take place at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, located at 21300 Via Verde Drive. Beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 1:00 PM, friends and family will have an opportunity to pay their respects and share their fondest memories of Olivia.
The Funeral Service will follow on November 10th, 2023, starting at 12:00 PM and concluding at 4:00 PM. The solemn ceremony will take place at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills - Church of our Heritage, also located at 21300 Via Verde Drive. This occasion will serve as a poignant tribute to Olivia's life and the profound impact she had on all who knew her.
Olivia wanted her everlasting life in heaven to be celebrated. As such, it was her wish that attendees wear white or light colored clothing.
Olivia Saldivar's legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those fortunate enough to have shared in her remarkable journey. Let us remember her for the love she bestowed upon her family, her unwavering faith, and the countless lives she touched with her kindness.
