Oliver Perez

Oliver Cabrera Perez, aged 38, peacefully concluded his journey surrounded by the love and support of family and friends at Pomona Valley Medical Center. 

Born on July 18, 1987, at California Medical Center in Los Angeles to Ramon and Emma Perez, Oliver’s life was a testament to kindness, warmth, and enduring joy.

A dedicated and compassionate individual, Oliver graduated from Marian College in 2009 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. He devoted 16 years to nursing, touching many lives with his care and commitment. For 8 of those years, he also shared his knowledge and passion as a clinical instructor. His pursuit of excellence led him to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2017, reflecting his drive and dedication to personal growth.

Oliver’s vibrant spirit was marked by a playful heart and a keen sense of humor, always ready to share a laugh. His passions extended beyond his professional life—music was a deep joy for him. He delighted in playing various instruments including piano, guitar, and drums. Additionally, Oliver cherished his interests in cars, shoes, video games, and Pokémon cards, all of which brought him immense happiness.

He is survived by his wife of four years, son, his mother, three brothers, one sister, as well as nieces and nephews. Though Oliver left us far too soon, his spirit and the memories he created will remain alive in all who knew him.

We celebrate Oliver’s life—a life full of love, laughter, and kindness. Until we meet again, he will forever live in our hearts.
