Okla Cowen, 95, born on July 13, 1920, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away November 23, 2015. She resided in Cypress, California, at the time of her passing. She met and later married the love of her life Bill Cowen. After the war, they made their home in Long Beach, California. Then in 1950, they moved to Cypress with their son Bobby and daughter Linda. She was later in life blessed with a daughter-in-law Sherry and a son-in-law Bill. She was also blessed with three grandchildren: Tom, Amy, and Karie. She lived in the same home in Cypress for over 65 years and a full life of 95 years. During that time, she touched the lives of many people who were lucky enough to have crossed her path in life. We will all miss her.
