Norma Jumaquio Plumley was born on December 9th, 1959 in Manila, Philippines as the youngest child of Antonio C. Jumaquio and Julia B. Jumaquio. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Jude College in Manila. She passed away on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015 with her family at her side. She resided in Reseda, California, at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California. She was a deeply loving daughter, sister, aunt, and wife.
