Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California. Memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 28th, 2014 at the Recessional chapel in Forest Lawn Glendale.

The church of the Recessional is at the top of the hill at Forest Lawn. The information booth at the front gate will provide directions. Parking is available at the museum next to the church.
