Our beloved Nicole Michelle Mack-Ortiz, born on August 25, 1987, passed away September 22, 2026. She resided in Diamond Bar, CA at the time of her passing. She is survived by her father, Michael Ortiz, her mother, Sharnette Ortiz, and siblings, Shari Ortiz, Amber Ortiz, and Brandon Ortiz.
Nicole was born in Harbor City, CA. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2011, with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She worked as a passionate Behavioral Teacher Aide for children with special needs. Nicole loved her family and friends dearly. She was smart, caring, funny, considerate and the list can go on. Nicole was a light in any room she entered and we are deeply saddened by the loss of her.
Service Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA and will be held on October 6, at 12pm. All are welcome to attend and gather together as we lay her to rest.
