Nee Nee Parks

NeeNee Elizabeth Parks “Chickie” 35 born and raised in Long  Beach, California passed with her family by her side in Murrieta, California on September 17, 2023. She is survived by her mother Katherine Parks, her older  brother Akio Parks, older sisters Kellye Hines-Parks, Alexandra Chambers, and younger sister Ruth Parks. She is proceeded in death by her mother Peggy Chambers, her older sister Shellye Hines, her younger sister Kimberly Parks, and younger brother John Parks-Chambers.

But who was NeeNee, to know her was to know a the girl with a smile that shone from her soul and. A lover of music, and Disney classics. To dive deeper she was one who defied the odds expected to survive only a couple months yet Lived 35 years. With her mother there to give her a fighting chance and unconditional love she proved what love was capable of…allowing a life to be lived in the best way possible.

To know NeeNee was to know every word to Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty and the Beast, and Rella (Cinderella) as she called it. To know NeeNee was to love Celine Dion and understand the Power Of Love. Because if she asked you to with those beautiful eyes and sweet voice there was no way you could tell her no and mean it when she asked for anything.

To know NeeNee was to also know that as sweet as she could be she could get you if you made her mad shins watch out she’d run right into you or pinch you and bring tears to your eyes. But hey we all have our moments.

To know NeeNee was to know a fighter who excelled at living and beating the odds no matter the obstacles places in front of her. From birth until her last day she fought with a smile and taught those with the eyes to see the ears to listen and the heart to love what it meant to live life with a smile.
