Nathan P. Taleon

December 10, 1944 — May 12, 2013

Nathan Taleon; husband, father, and grandfather, at age 68; passed away in Pomona Valley Hospital, Pomona, CA on Sunday May 12, 2013. Nathan underwent an emergency surgery due to an aortic aneurysm located in his abdomen. Our Good Lord decided it was his time when his heart stopped on that Mother's day.

Nathan was born on December 10, 1944 in Santa Cruz, Laguna Philippines. He was a graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology. Nathan migrated to the United States in 1975 where he worked as a successful Mechanical Engineer for over 25 years in Union Oil (Union 76). Together with his wife, Noemi; they enjoyed the ballroom dance spotlight. They often enjoyed showcasing their skills in the graceful meringue and cha/ cha, the romantic rumba and bolero, the jolly and fun boogie, and the elegant waltz and fox trot. He also enjoyed music and was the resident MC and DJ at L & J dance studio as well as SMR dance studio. He enjoyed graphic design, printing, and photography as well. Nathan touched the lives of many people through his passions, his words, his humor, and his friendships throughout his life.

Nathan's greatest pride and joy were his children and grandchildren. One of his favorite pastimes was capturing and creating photos to share those moments with friends and family.

Included in his immediate family is wife, Noemi Taleon; with children Naomi Taleon and Tess Dolorfino, Nerissa & Alain Valdellon with their son Austin Ace "Otteen" and Baby Boy Bennett on the way, Nathaniel "Taniel" & Michelle Taleon with their daughter Olivia Peyton who currently reside in London, U.K.

There are no words to truly describe the Taleon family's sincere appreciation for the expressions of love, kindness, and support bestowed upon them during these difficult days and nights of mourning. They are grateful for your presence, thoughts, and prayers. May God always Bless you. Mabuhay and Salamat!
