Nathan Lynn Rosenberg

Nathan Lynn Rosenberg, 67, born on March 19, 1951, in Ames, Iowa, passed away August 1, 2018.
He resided in Bermuda Dunes, California at the time of his passing.

Mr. Rosenberg is survived by his son Mr. Charlie Rosenberg of San Diego, his step-
daughter Ms. Jessica Morton of Wichita, Kansas (and her two daughters Marilyn and
Emily), his step-son Mr. Nick Davis of Las Vegas, Nevada, his brother Mr. Robert
Rosenberg of Scottsdale, Arizona, and his ex-wife Donna Rosenberg of New York
State.

Mr. Rosenberg was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1975 following his
graduation from George Washington University's School of Law. He was the principal
and owner of Barrister & Barrister in La Quinta. He was an active member of the
California Lawyer's Association and of our local Desert Bar Association. In addition to
his regular family law practice, he frequently represented minor children in the capacity
of court-appointed Minor's Counsel, investigating claims and preparing reports to
various bench officers in our locale.

Mr. Rosenberg's person has been cremated in accordance with his wishes, and his son
Charlie is in possession of his remains. No formal memorial service is presently
scheduled, but Charlie will be arranging for one in the near future. Charlie invites you all
to email him with your contact information so that he can plan an appropriate location
for a remembrance ceremony and have you on the invitation list if you would like to be
so notified.
