Napoleon B. Del Rosario

Napoleon B. Del Rosario, 88, born on July 22, 1929, in Orion, Bataan, Philippines, passed away April 16, 2018. He resided in Carson, California until he succumbed to the effects of dementia and weakened heart. Napoleon graduated from the University of the East in the Philippines and earned his Doctorate of Dentistry. In the 22 years of his service in the Philippine Navy, he participated in several civic action missions in Mindanao. Together with his wife, Angela, they raised 2 sons and 2 daughters in the suburbs of the Philippines until he immigrated to the U.S. in 1975. Napoleon brought his whole family to the U.S. two years after where they settled in Carson, California. He worked at Honeywell for several years to support his family until he retired in his 60's. Napoleon loved to travel, enjoyed taking walks at the beach, parks, and around the neighborhood; loved seafood especially crab; and spent his quiet time reading the Bible.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 26 from 5pm to 9pm. Funeral service will be the following day Friday, April 27th at 9:30 a.m. Services will be held at Forest Lawn in Long Beach located at 1500 E. San Antonio Drive, Long Beach.
