Nancy Ann Andrews

Nancy Ann Andrews, age 72, loving wife and mother, passed away from cancer on Sunday morning, April 27, 2014 at Country Manor in Newburyport, MA.

She was born on May 5, 1941 in Lynn, MA the daughter of the late John and Sara (Askin) Poland.

Nancy was raised and educated in Saugus, MA and graduated from Saugus High School. She had attended Piedmont Bible College in NC.

She had worked for General Electric in Lynn, MA for 5 years. She worked for Lucent Technologies in No. Andover, MA as an assembler for 20 years. She retired in 2001.

Nancy was a member of the First Congregational Church in Kingston, NH where she was very active, especially with the Bible Study Program.

She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and enjoyed taking her daughters shopping whenever she could.

Nancy was a big Boston sports fan who loved the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. She and her husband Earle enjoyed travelling to the Grand Canyon and to Florida together.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Earle F. Andrews. Her daughters, Debra Nadeau, Lauri Dennis and husband, Steven and Tamie Genest and husband, Richard. Her brothers, John Poland and Robert Poland and her sister, Shirley Harriman. Her grandchildren, Andrew Dennis, Timothy Dennis, Megan Genest-Carignan and Bryan Genest also survive her.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 4-8:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street (Rt. 121A), Plaistow, NH 03865. Funeral Services will take place on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church in Kingston, NH. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery in Sandown, NH.
