Nancy Ann Anderson

Nancy Ann Anderson, 77, born on March 3, 1937, in Portland Maine, passed away May 15, 2014. She resided in Claremont, California at the time of her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband David Anderson. Nancy is survived by her two brothers, Alan and John Merchant; 2 sons Andrew and Kelly Anderson: her daughter Ann Thompson and their spouses. She had eight grandchildren, Kelley, Chris, Torrie, Allie, Zack, Abby, Michael and Matthew.

Nancy graduated from Seton Hall University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. She had a long career in education primarily as a teacher in ABC Unified School District at John F. Kennedy Elementary School. She enjoyed working with children and after her retirement spent much of her time visiting with her grandchildren. During her retirement she also enjoyed traveling and interacting with her friends acquired over the years while in the education field.

Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina, California. The Memorial Service will be held at the Forest Lawn Church of Our Heritage in Covina Hills, California on May 23,2014 at 4:00 pm.
