Nancy U. Anderson, 89, of Rancho Mirage, Calif. passed away January 21, 2017 in Palm Desert, Calif. She was born on October 6, 1927, to Arthur Underhill and Virginia Underhill in New York, N.Y. She was the owner of two Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors Ice Cream stores in Santa Clara County. She was a member of Sunrise Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She is survived by her son, Mark S. Anderson. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Donald M. Anderson; her sons, Christopher A. Anderson and Austin W. Anderson. Private services were held at Riverside National Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, Calif. The family suggests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
