It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Myra Feliciano, whose kind heart touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Myra was born on January 31, 1969, in Manila, Philippines and passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 57. In her last moments, she was surrounded by her family in her beautiful home located in Granada Hills, California. After concluding her journey of life, she will be leaving behind cherished memories and lifelong relationships.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Myra became a health and wellness entrepreneur after retiring from a successful career in mortgage corporate banking at Bank of America. A gifted singer and lively entertainer, she brought joy and light to every gathering. She loved staying active through kickboxing and Pilates and delighted in trying new recipes to share with her daughters.
In 2022, Myra was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer that had spread to her brain. With unwavering strength and grace, she faced her illness for three years before peacefully transitioning under hospice care. She was never defined by her diagnosis, but by her resilience, her courage in the face of overwhelming odds, and the boundless love she continued to share until her final breath. Her journey remains an inspiration and a powerful reminder that, together, we are stronger than any challenge we face.
Myra is survived by two daughters, Caitlin-Rose and Ceanna-Marie Feliciano; husband, Alfredo Feliciano; and father, Marcelino Gomez. Myra is preceded in death by her mother, Caridad Gomez, and brother, Mel Gomez. In addition, Myra is remembered by many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
A viewing and celebration of life will be held at Forest Lawn Glendale in the Church of the Recessional on Thursday, March 19th at 5PM, where we will pray together and share stories of Myra’s life. On the following Saturday, March 21st at 1:30PM, a funeral service will be held at the Church of the Recessional to honor Myra’s faith and final moments before burial.
