Monroe Ken Takeuchi, 71, born on August 6, 1943, in Hilo, Hawaii, and passed away peacefully on October 13, 2014. He resided in Cerritos, California, at the time of his passing. Monroe is a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather. Monroe will be remembered for his kindness, thoughtfulness and his generosity towards his fellow man. He lived his life for his family and will be deeply missed by all. He is survived by his wife Candy, his son Kalani, his daughter Nancy and his four grandchildren Cole, Halia, Kekoa and Kai'nalu. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
