Monica Kay Herrera

Monica Kay Herrera, 61, born on June 8, 1960, in Wirral, England, passed away January 6, 2022 at 11:05 of heart complications. She resided in Montrose, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, California.

Kay was born to the parents of Keith and Carmel Richardson who preceded her in death.

Kay is survived by her husband Manuel Herrera, two sons Daniel M. Herrera and Justin W. Herrera. Also surviving are two sisters Carol Hughes and Ruth Banul.

Monica Kay Herrera was a loving daughter to both of her parents whom she had taken care of up until they passed. She loved her sons Daniel and Justin unconditionally being more than a mother, being a best friend. Kay touched each life she had come in contact with leaving unforgettable memories and lots of love.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30pm, Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 at Forest Lawn Glendale Ca. at "Wee Kirk O' Heather Chapel" with burial to follow at Forest Lawn.
