Mohammad A. Basamah 15, born on September 6, 1997, in Los Angeles, California.

My Son R.I.P. was Killed due to the negligence of The Los Angeles Metropolitan Transport Authority, on June 13, 2013.

We resided in Brentwood, California at the time he was Killed on June 13, 2013.

My Sons asked for help from Robert Earl Howze, my Surviving son was Bleeding from His Head.

Howze (Driver) kicked off my children.
Bleeding 5 Minutes away from Palisades Fire Station and left my Children there bleeding to Die in Heavy Traffic of Sunset Blvd in The Pacific Palisades.

LAMetro saved the wrong Vessel Number then Sold the Bus, and gave us a 2-3 minute audio tape but they could not Doctor the Ambulance that Civilians Called for my Beautiful Healthy Loving Kind sweet Innocent Child.

There was only 1 Ambulance there on June 13, 2013, on Sunset at Approximately 3:40 pm and that was for my Son.

LAMetro NEVER EVEN TRIED OR Attempted to call for any help and tried to wipe their hands off my poor 12 years old surviving Son, by kicking my Minor Children off at the side of a very busy intersection, 10 days into my baby's First year in High School.

LAMetro Caused my Firstborn Son's Death.

My Baby was Killed 3 Months Before His sweet Sixteen R.I.P.

LAMetro has done nothing but lie in all these, almost Six Years, and Getting Away With Murder.

When you Cause Someone's Death and you lie, it is no longer an accident!

Juror #2 didn't know the meaning of Negligence, and there was so much more miscarriage of Justice.

Howze's been Arrested Several times. and always seems to get off Felonies, God knows why?

Robert Earl Howze has Served Time in Los Angeles County Jailhouse, SINCE CAUSING MY 15 YEARS OLD BABY'S DEATH!

Howze's been in County Jail for different offenses to Preclude, Domestic Violence against his Wife since 1990's Sandra Babbles Howze a

Doris Gomez Lopes also went to obtain Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, and poor Gomes, could not get Restraining Orders, several times."The Rule of Law" is 'Caselaw" mostly. if you're lucky to find it.

Once 1 Judicial Officer says No/ Denied, any Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, there's almost No WAY, to obtain Domestic Violence Restraining Orders.

Doris Gomez Lopes finally got her Restraining orders.
I know the ONLY way any Judicial Officer would give that order.
Is, unfortunately, with VISIBLE Domestic Violence Markings on the poor little Girl's Person, and face!


I feel Robert Earl Howze, and the LAMetro, have gotten away with so much disregard for "Public Safety", Wrongful Deaths, Rapes, Stabbing, Beatings on our Elderly and running over Patrons Heads, when they went to pick up their cell-phone which fell down, probably because the Driver was again too tired to pay attention.

WHY DIDN'T LA METRO SAY SOMETHING WHEN MY 12 YEARS OLD CHILD WAS BLEEDING AND BEGGING FOR HELP SO WAS MO R.I.P MOMENT BEFORE HE WAS KILLED!

What about my little Sweet Boy R.I.P. LAMetro saw plenty and did nothing, kicked my Babies off so they have no liability!

WHO CAN DRIVE MORE THAN AN HOUR, TWO HOURS, THREE, FOUR, FIVE HOURS, AND NOT GET TIRED.

Even if the LAMetro Drivers, take Breaks at every Stop (I heard they take short naps! which makes them EVEN MORE TIRED)

This is not a 1-day Vegas trip!! LAMetro Drivers are Driving,
Tremendously Dangerous Excessive Hours Daily, AGAINST D.M.V RULE BOOK TIRED DRIVING IS WORST THAN DRUNK DRIVING!

THE LA METRO DRIVERS, WHO HAVE NO EMPATHY, OR REGARDS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, NO EMPATHY NO HUMANITY, NO MORAL, NO COMPASSION!
FOR A 15 YEARS OLD CHILD, WHO ASKED FOR HELP AND WAS KICKED OFF TO HIS DEATH.

DRIVER HOWZE, LEFT THE KIDS TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES 12 AND 15 YEARS OLD, AT THE SIDE OF THE STREET, ON ONE OF WELL KNOWN BUSIEST STREETS IN LOS ANGELES, MY 12 YEARS OLD WAS BLEEDING.

HOWZE was trying to avoid trouble and liability when he saves the wrong Bus # Number, because there was a Previous Court Order to Save all and Any Incident Vidoe and Audio Recordings, when a mentally Handicap young girl was Raped on a LAMtro Bus and Nothing was done then either.

LAMetro Driver Howze, COULD HAVE DRIVEN 2 MINUTES UP SUNSET TO THE PALISADES FIRE STATION GOD BLESS OUR FIREMEN AND POLICE, AND OUR HONORABLE JUDICIAL OFFICERS.

MAYBE ONE DAY SOON MY SON CAN REALLY REST IN PEACE KNOWING HIS DEATH WAS NOT IN VAIN. I heard they made some changes after my Baby's Killing!
