Mildred Viola Smith, 92, born on August 2, 1922 in Bivens, Texas, passed away March 31, 2015. She resided in Santa Monica, California, at the time of her passing. Mildred was an excellent mother and a devoted grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Horace Greely Smith Jr.; daughter Karen Rae Smith Elstad, and son-in-law Robert Elstad. Mildred is survived by her son, Kenton Smith; daughter-in-law. Deanna Smith; her five grandchildren Kerrie Smith, Vanessa Smith, Kendra Elstad, Ryan Smith, Tyler Smith; and great-grand-son Dane Smith. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California.
